Being able to sit out on the deck every morning and enjoy the beach view and the sound of the ocean was fantastic! Sunsets were amazing.The house itself was okay. Not as clean as I would like. I had to wipe out the draws before putting my things away and a few other areas could use some attention. TV in the living area is very small, haven't seen one that small in a rental in a long long time. Just very basic. When we ask for hangers, hand soap and extra dish towels they were very responsive and brought them right over. Being on the beach with our own parking spots was very nice.

I tryed to help out, give Michelle everything She wanted She asked for extra Hangers/She wanted an plate drying rack witch we Had One and also Dishwasher But she said they like to dry Dishs on an Rack I got it For Her . Most folks come beach to Enjoy it, I have never had any body say TV is to small, Can always move closer to it. Three Stars Isnt Fair

Location is amazing, however cleanliness is well below average.

Location was amazing. However,The property was dirty. The white sheets had stains on them and the bath towels smelled awful of mildew. The main floor bathroom smelled of urine. The shower in the main bathroom had dirty grout.

Best Family vacation ever!!

This Condo has the best floor plan plenty of room. We loved staying here with our son and his wife and their two kids that were in their early 20’s. I would definitely recommend this place.

After Christmas Vacation with family and 1 pet

New Years Getaway

As advertised - on the beach and pet friendly!

Ideal unit and location for us our pet. The enclosed “beach yard” (aka backyard) was perfect to let her out and run a bit. And for us, the ability to walk to and from the beach during the day was outstanding! Also, was not crowded on the beach!

Perfect stay

This place was was perfect for myself, hubby, & our two dogs. Loved the location and absolutely loved that you could walk right out to the beautiful ocean. Everything that we needed!

It was great for all! Great options for those that like to stay on the beach or those that like to stay in the villa but we still were all together. An extra bonus was that our fur babies were able to join us. Gorgeous views 24/7...so relaxing. Also, great communication with the owner!

Great location-beautiful view-perfect for pets

aside from the construction work and noise that we were not made aware of, and the neighbors and construction workers either blocking in our cars, or asking us to park elsewhere from our designated spots, if that had not happened, our trip would have been perfect, and relaxing, but the construction work for 4 of our 6 days and parking situation made it not so relaxing. The owner was quick to respond and very kind.

Condo on beach

Awesome location and amazing host. Needs minor repairs and new mattress is front bedroom. Pull out sofa mattress was heavily soiled and nobody was able to even sit on it. Kitchen could use a sharp knife. Otherwise, absolutely an amazing property!

Stunning Sunsets 20 Steps Away

This townhome was the perfect place for our stay! My husband, two dogs, and I enjoyed every hour of our stay. The decks were spacious like the unit. Beach views were amazing from the inside or out on your balconies with comfortable seating. We chose to eat on the balcony every evening because the breeze and sunset views were second to none. The fenced in backyard was a great play/ discovery area for our dogs. The location of this wonderful townhome is also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks! We really appreciated the parking spots - right at your front door, too!

Nice property

This was a nice and spacious property. It was a not my husband and I this time. However we have been with a larger group and these have plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed seating out on the deck every day! The grill came in handy for grilling up steaks and also fajitas one night! We were supplied with all sorts of pots and pans but some need to be replaced because the nonstick surface is flaking off of them. The refrigerator and freezer don’t get as cold as our at home but we simply kept our drinks in a cooler with ice. The downstairs outside area could use some tidying up as we had to to push through the over growth to walk out to the beach. Also, a step broke as we were walking down outside steps but luckily it was the next to last one. I let Cheryl(our contact while there) know about the step. She said she would get someone out to fix it.

Great view and clean, but expected better for the price.

The Good: Unit is clean, no carpet or rugs, which I guess is good since pets are allowed. I have severe pet allergies and I was fine, until I came in contact with the blankets. I just washed them and it was fine. The view is great and it's a short distance to the beach. We liked the leather furniture. The bathrooms were updated and nice. The Bad: THE BEDS!!!! Master bed is horrible!!!!! No support. Feels like you're going to roll off. Big hump in the middle. The bed creaks loudly with EVERY SLIGHT MOVEMENT. Extremely annoying especially because we have a baby sleeping with us and we need quiet. Seriously, the high price of this townhouse should get you a high end mattress. The bed is a deal breaker for us. Also the sheets are cheap. They're see through. Luckily I brought my own. The bedspread was old and hideous. Seriously, a duvet is needed. It wouldn't take much $$$$ to update the master and make it comfortable, but apparently this isn't a priority. Again, the price of this rental should guarantee above average bed and linens. Sailfish falls way short. Very disappointing. The TV'S are very small. I was trying to watch the hockey playoffs in the master bedroom and couldn't see what was happening. The TV is too small for the room. The same for the living room. The towels smell like mildew. I've washed them several times and the smell isn't going away. Also, we have 5 people staying here and we were only given 6 sets of towels, far fewer than other rentals we have stayed in. It was not a sufficient amount. There are no curtains of any kind in the bedrooms, so expect to get a sun filled room at 5:30 am! Again, not cool when you have a baby you're trying to get to sleep into mid-morning! Blackout drapes would be nice. Coffee and end tables need updated. The unit only has seating for 4 at the table. There is no breakfast bar. There needs to be additional seating for meals. My overall impression is that this unit has been updated with granite counters, updated baths and built in dressers and leather furniture. Several things were overlooked. The beds and linens/towels need updated as well as the TV's. We usually stay in units half the price as this one and they have better comforts. If the owner addresses these issues, I would gladly stay here again, but as it is now, I don't recommend it. The bed really has us unhappy. It's so loud, I don't understand what the problem is, but a good quality bed wouldn't make loud noise.

I'll keep this Review Represents personal feelings I do have four chairs and an Addtional Two Bar chairs at counter for seating of Six not sure who counted I have built in blinds between all my glass doors For curtains/very high end doors with blinds built in But I guess they couldn't figure that out so I'm not sure Who was checking possible the infant I'm Sorry Folks but u sure can check all my other reviews I'll Try Harder They did mention tons of good things I'm not sure how big TV is need Downstairs has an large TV I Stay on my propertys Updating and cleaning Try them for your self

Very nice

Great villa right on the beach. Large areas with well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Large bedrooms and very nice bathrooms in both rooms. Our friends said probably could use a new mattress in the second bedroom but overall it was acceptable. Ended up leaving a day early due to the hurricane but that was a minor issue. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
