PROPERTY LAYOUT (Please read)
Your guest house is completely private, with its own separate entrance on the side of the property.
Please note: the laundry room is located behind the main house, and guests will access it through a connecting interior pathway inside the main house (for laundry use only). The main house is not family-occupied and is shared by only a few quiet guests, so your stay will remain peaceful and private.

KITCHEN
Full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, air fryer, quartz island with bar seating.
Fully stocked with all cookware and utensils.

LAUNDRY
Laundry is located at the back of the main house.Guests will need to walk through the main house to reach it.
Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the main house.

BATHROOM AMENITIES
We provide shampoo and body wash.

Please read before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to all house rules below.

1 - Check-in time: 3PM
Check-out time: 11AM
Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes before check-in time or after check-out time.

3.VISITORS
– Our home is designed for 1–2 registered guests only.
To keep the space comfortable and peaceful, parties or gatherings aren’t allowed.
- If friends visit, a fee of $30 per person per 30 minutes applies. Thank you for your understanding.
Please notify us in advance and settle any guest fees prior to arrival.

Quiet Hours
The guest house is completely private with its own separate entrance. Because we share the same property, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

6. NO PETS
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in extra cleaning fees or early termination of stay.

9. STRICT POLICY
Absolutely no smoking, drug use, or marijuana inside the unit. A $500 deodorizing fee will apply if strong odors are left behind.

11. DAMAGES
If anything breaks, please report it promptly.
Unreported damages may incur full replacement or repair costs.

12. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for:
– Loss or damage of personal belongings (e.g. fire, theft, water damage)
– Any injuries, illnesses, or accidents during your stay.
