The fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and large island is perfect for meals. Extra tables and chairs are available in the oversized garage. Walk to the marina, pickleball courts, clubhouse pool, grocery store, coffee shop & gas station.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd easy and enjoyable, with plenty of prep space and room to gather. Share meals, laughs, and memories in the open dining area after a full day at the lake.

Unwind and gather around the firepit, or fire up the propane BBQ grill for evening cookouts. Guests also enjoy access to a communal pool. Life jackets are provided for your Bear Lake adventures.

DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. All vehicles must be parked in the available driveway. Any cars parked on the street are subject to fines ($500 per car per day per violation), ticketing, and towing at the owner’s expense. Please make sure all guests are aware of this house rule—there is no leniency.
There is a new overflow parking lot for the Lochwood neighborhood directly across the street from the house. Trailers may also be parked there on a first-come, first-served basis.
🐾 Max of 1 pet is allowed
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
🎉 No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
👥 The base rate includes up to 16 guests. An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding that number.
🪑 Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
***We strive to ensure that the rules of Garden City and the Lochwood Homeowners Association are followed. One of those rules that is issued by both the City and Lochwood is that PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STREETS. Theres a $500 fine if you don’t abide by these rules***
