Only 100 yards from the first lifts of Park City Resort at Three Kings and 100 ft to a 5 min free bus ride up to historic Main Street, this cozy condo is perfect for a couple's or small family's winter vacation in Park City. It comfortably sleeps 4, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and cable TV. The Club House is 150 ft away and boasts a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, ping pong, and cardio room. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out the door!

The space
Owners since it was built in the early 70s, four generations of my family have lived and vacationed in this beloved condo in Three Kings right between PCMR and Park City Golf Course. Although we have renovated it several times throughout the decades, it still retains much of its old ski town charm with its original cedar wood walls in the downstairs hallway. New amenities such as a remote-control gas fireplace, three mini-split heating and cooling units, and a washer-and-dryer in the downstairs bathroom round it out with modern comforts. Enjoy original oil paintings throughout the condo from my wife Kati, who won Best in Show at the Kimball Arts Festival in 2022!

Guest access
You have access to the entire condo except for a cleaning closet under the stairs. There's even a walk-in closet at the top of the stairs to store your luggage or hang up your dress clothes for a night out on Main Street! You also have full access to the Cabana Club House, only about 200 ft away, with its heated pool, hot tub, saunas, cardio room, and game room.
