The residence is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with an open floor plan at the ground floor level. Home is fully furnished with all new high quality and comfortable furniture, bedding, linens and much, much more. The Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your delicious recipes.

We are 1/2 mile walk to the Polo Grounds (Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals), JFK Hospital just around the corner, 5 miles to Hits Horse Show, 5 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Garden (PNP Paribas Open), a short 20 minute drive to Palm Springs, a few miles out to beautiful hiking trails with jaw dropping views and much, much more.
