Our newest Zen-inspired home offers indoor/outdoor living & dining. Enjoy a restful stay on new premium mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishware, utensils, cookware, appliances, and bakeware!. The private backyard offers additional space for you to dine, entertain, and relax. The amenities include a dining table for 6, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor games, and a cozy gazebo with sofa and tv. The location is very convenient & close to the City of Hope/Rose Bowl/Pasadena.
This property is a private detached duplex with no shared spaces or amenities. There is a small detached 1 bedroom unit at the back of the lot which is rented on a longer-term basis. The properties are completely separate, fenced, and have their private entrances.
House Rules:
Noise- No excessively loud noise, music, etc. (Quiet hours 11:00pm - 7am)
Smoking- Smoking is not permitted on the property. Smoke remediation charges apply*
Property Alterations- Making alterations or changes to the property such as sticking/hanging items on walls, rearranging furniture, etc are not permitted.
Occupants- Occupancy limit (6) guests. The only guest(s) allowed on the property are those with an active reservation. The primary account holder whom made the reservation must add the other guests to the reservation; not to exceed 6 (including primary). Any exceptions to this rule must be agreed upon with the host prior to arrival. *This varies at each of our listings and is case by case.
Booking Requirements- All reservations must be made by the person staying at the home. No third party bookings.
Deliveries- No deliveries of mail, packages, etc unless approved by host. Host and property owners are not responsible for any packages or mail that is delivered to the property with or without approval.
Events/Parties: No events, parties, or large gatherings will be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Pet Rules:
Furniture/Beds - Pets are not to be on furniture or beds (pet beds are provided)
Reservation requirement- Pets will need to be added to the reservation
Supervision- guests are responsible for the supervision of their pet(s) and should not leave any pet unattended.
Responsibility- Guests are liable for any damage, disturbance, or injury caused by their pet(s).
Mandatory Leash Policy- pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the property; unless within a “fully fenced” yard *please be sure gates are closed and secure prior to letting your pet off leash.
