This listing is for the UPPER LEVEL of the home and has its own secured entrance up a flight of stairs, at the right side of the home. NOT handicapped accessible.

The Space:

The UPPER LEVEL of this historic duplex has a large bedroom with a queen bed with TV. A smaller bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a full bed and an ICE COLD window AC unit.

Bathroom has an original claw-foot tub/shower.
Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash are all included.

The quaint living room has a couch, two chairs, TV and Wifi.
The couch has a full pull-out bed to sleep 2.

Kitchen has a small table with 2 chairs and is well-equipped with an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip-coffee maker. Coffee, creamer and water are also supplied. (no ice)

There is a small table and chairs outside, at the top of the stairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and bird watching.

All entrances have keypads and the codes will be given the day of check-in.

Ample parking is located to the left side of the driveway and marked by a sign. Two cars can fit in the space.

**If booking both units, the front and back entrances will allow guests to go freely up and downstairs inside the home. The locked door separating the floors will be unlocked only during the stay.
