The Space

The main level welcomes you with a bright foyer and opens into a spacious living room with lake views and a fireplace. Just beyond, a second conversation area features floor-to-ceiling views of the water and is a perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of wine.

The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, oversized breakfast bar seating, and is fully equipped for preparing meals for a group. The adjacent dining area seats eight and opens to a covered deck for easy indoor-outdoor dining.

Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space to unwind and opens to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Michigan. A convenient coffee bar with a mini-fridge makes mornings easy.

- Two bedrooms on the main level (one king, one queen) with access to a full bathroom
- Four bedrooms on the second level, including a primary suite with a king bed, private deck access, and en suite bath
