• Please note the following vehicles are NOT allowed in the valet garage:
- Breathalyzer vehicles, unsafe controls, or faulty brakes
- Oversized vehicles including sprinter vans, large vans (10+ passengers), or anything taller than 6`8
- Dually or service trucks with wide wheels, toolboxes, or containers
- Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims/tires
- Motorcycles or trikes that do not operate like standard cars

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
