The space
Set on a peaceful 1.5-acre land parcel and surrounded by gentle hills, this villa brings together natural materials like wood, stone, glass, and metal to create a modern yet earthy space. The structure is thoughtfully designed to open up into nature, with large windows, open spaces, and a tropical layout.

Inside, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, an expansive living and dining area, and a large kitchen. There’s also a second living room set up as a TV lounge, which can be easily converted into a sleeping space that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The entire home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, RO drinking water, and a microwave for quick meals.

The outdoor space is where the property really opens up — a tropical-style pool sits at the center, surrounded by lush greenery and a sunken bar on one side. Across from it, there’s a projector screen for open-air movie nights. A bonfire pit, barbecue setup, jogging track, yoga space, and sports courts add to the experience.

For children, there’s a dedicated play area, and the entire property is ideal for cycling or slow walks through fruit orchards. Mango, papaya, guava, coconut, and seasonal vegetables grow throughout the land, offering a sense of farm life blended with comfort.

A refundable security deposit is collected at check-in and will be returned post a quick inspection at checkout.
