Located at the south end of downtown, Palm to Peak Retreat is the newly built home that delivers all the modern luxury you desire, paired with the Palm Springs design pops you’ll love. From the private pool and spa on the first floor, to the spacious patio up top, you will adore this home on so many levels, you’ll need at least a month’s stay to discover it all!

Venturing outside through those open glass doors to the courtyard, you’ll discover your private oasis featuring a heated (upon request) “cocktail" pool and spa. Here you can take in the sun on the pair of sun lounges, or have it “made in the shade” by relaxing at the undercover conversation set with friends. Next to the large seating area is the built-in BBQ.

Grab your martini and head up the stairs in the home to the wonderful elevated patio where you can take in the sun and the surrounding mountain views from the comfortable seating. It’s the optimum place for that pre-dinner sunset cocktail and alfresco dining with table and seating for 6.

Wander back inside from there and you’ll be in the upstairs primary bedroom. Here the large king bed complete with hotel quality luxurious 100% cotton Brooklinen linens provide a dreamy nights sleep. You will also find a large screen TV and a generous en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower, double vanity and ample storage in the walk-in closet.

The second primary suite is situated on the lower level and gives you poolside views to wake up to each morning from the comfort of your king size bed with 100% cotton Brooklinen linens. Here the color palette creates a striking impression, as will the en-suite bathroom complete with make-up vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

The home’s third bedroom/office is in a casita-style, accessible near the pool via its glass sliding doors. This bedroom features a desk and chair set up for your remote work needs, pull out couch with Queen size bed, 100% cotton Brooklinen linens, wall-mounted TV, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and ample storage in the walk-in closet.

It is just a short drive to a selection of supermarkets or to the Uptown Design District with its extensive selection of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and other vintage shops.

This home is self check-in and setup with everything you need to relax and unwind.

We are available as needed but you will be left to enjoy this space as if it is your own during your stay. Enjoy Palm Springs living!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the home and grounds as well as the community amenities including heated community pool & spa, Bocce Ball Court, and dog park.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This home allows a maximum of 6 adults/kids.

No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.

All noisy activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.

Pool heating is an additional $65 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your stay.

Mid-stay cleanings are required a minimum of every 14 days of any guest stay at a rate of $565 per cleaning. This includes a full linen turnover and amenities refresh. One mid-stay cleaning has been included with your reservation as a COMMUNITY FEE.
