This cozy waterfront getaway sits on the shores of Green Bay, offering a private wooded lot, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax and gather. Located in south Egg Harbor, you’re just minutes from downtown Egg Harbor and Sturgeon Bay.

Bedroom 3 (upper level): King bed separate, twin over a full bed (Bunked)
Bedroom 4 (upper level): Twin bed separate, twin over a full bed (Bunked)

Bathroom 1 (main level): Half bathroom
Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer (ensuite)
Bathroom 3 (upper level): Full bathroom with tub shower combo, hair dryer, two toilets and two sinks (jack and jill bathroom)

Outdoor Area:
Back deck facing the water
Patio table with several chairs (available seasonally)
Propane grill (propane provided)
Fire pit on bay (please bring local firewood)
Parking spots available in the drive way with room for a trailer

Water Access:
200 feet of private waterfront on the Bay of Green Bay
Watercraft docking is not allowed
Water is approximately zero feet deep at entry
Shore is stones and sand (shoreline can change over winter due to ice build up)
 
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
