Hartley Ridge - Log Home, Views, Gym & Hot Tub

Nestled on the North Bench, above Golden, you will find your log home set on a beautiful and peaceful acreage. Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space, which features 4 bedrooms, huge living and dining room adjacent to the kitchen. The house has a west facing deck off the living room with views of the Purcell Mountains, a BBQ and space for dining .
On the ground floor in addition to two bedrooms and bathroom there is a gym and access to the patio and hot tub.

The property is spread over three floors, and is built into a slight slope.
On the entry level you will access the lobby, kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and sun room. There is access to the west facing deck from both the living room and sun room.
Upstairs in the loft is the principle suite featuring a king sized bed, and large en suite with double sinks and a magnificent soaker tub. The second (bunk) bedroom is also in the loft with a twin over full bunk bed.
Heading downstairs to the ground level you will find an additional 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with large walk in shower, a fully loaded gym, and access to the patio and hot tub.

All of the property is available for your exclusive use except for one locked pantry on the main floor for owner supplies.

I do not live on the property but am available via phone or the messaging app if need.

Be aware of the following:

* The property is served by a well, the water is potable.
* Waste is sent to a septic field. nothing but toilet paper should be flushed, and all food/oils/coffee grounds are to be disposed of in the garbage.
* Wildlife may pass through the property at any time and care should be taken to avoid leaving food outside.
* In common with many rural properties mice can sometimes find a way into the property, we do have an active protocol in place to prevent mice, however you may see traps in the property at certain times of the year.
* Golden is located in the Columbia Wetlands and during the summer months mosquitos can be an issue. We recommend bringing deterrents such as sprays, mosquito coils, and Thermocells with you if you plan to enjoy the outdoors. These items are available for purchase locally in the hardware stores.
Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of a couple of locked closets containing our supplies.
*No outdoor fires. There is a propane fire table on the lower patio for your use.
