Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Check in, check out, and host communication were all very satisfying and easy. Location is great and close to plenty of amenities, walking distance to anywhere you'd want to be. The property itself, however, is a bit different than listed. The whole loft is in need of maintenance:The bathroom fan wasn't working (this seemed to be building-wide and there was a notification in the elevator for scheduled fixes but the date had passed), there was a large hole in my shower towel, the bathtub drain is plugged with previous users hair (filled up very quickly while showering, I had to turn it off and let it drain), and the towel bar is broken/in disrepairThe windows are so thin that you can hear everything going on outside at night, and the unit faces a busy alley - people yelling, dumpsters being disturbed, usual city noisesThe bed area had a non function fan and bedside lamp providedGeneral drips on the walls throughout the unit, I assume from humidity and the windows, but that in addition to everything else, and signs of wear, tear, and humidity damage made the unit look altogether rough. As a whole, fine place to keep your bags and lay your head at night, but didn't get much sleep and didn't feel like there was much provided for the cost aside from the square footage and location. More of a motel stop.
