On the ground floor, you ll find a central living room with LCD TV, a dining table for 6 guests plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter, all connected to a fully equipped kitchen perfect for group meals and quality time together.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are arranged around a cozy loft / recreation area with Smart TV, creating a relaxing and fun space for all ages. A large washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.

Pool heating: US$ 35/nigth (minimum 3 nigths)

BBQ grill: US$ 95, including first full propane tank and cleaning

Housekeeping: no daily cleaning included. The home will be fully cleaned and professionally inspected prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Other Important Details

Trash collection: daily valet service. Place closed bags in the outdoor container.
Resort access: full names of all adults (and minors driving) are required.
Parking: no garage. Parking available in the driveway and nearby community areas.

No parties or events.
No smoking inside the home or with windows open. US$300 fine applies.
