We supply starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as complimentary hand soap, shampoo, and body wash for your use.
Freshly laundered linens and towels are included with this rental

Keep in mind, our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway.

We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI.

COMMUNITY FEES (Arrowhead Lake HOA)

Arrowhead Lake is a private gated community, and all guests must be registered members to enter — even if you don’t plan to use any amenities.

Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23):
Your booking rate will include registration fee, up to 2 vehicles (additional vehicles - $20 each), and all temporary membership fees — no separate payment needed.
HOA Late fee is not included, see below

In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2):
Membership fee is $6 per person, per day (ages 6+).
Registration and up to 2 vehicles are included in your rate.
Children under 6 are free.
HOA Late fee is not included, see below

HOA Late Registration Fee:
A $100 HOA late fee applies if your stay is booked or registration is completed within 3 days of arrival.
This fee is not included in the rate and will be the guest’s responsibility, even for last-minute bookings.
The late fee is charged by the Arrowhead HOA, and we have no control over it.

We will provide registration instructions after booking, registration is done online.

Membership Includes:
Access to community, lakes, beaches, pools, playgrounds, sports courts, gym, game rooms and Trash center. (Some amenities are seasonal or may close due to staffing, weather, or maintenance.)

Trash:
All trash must be taken to the community Trash Center before checkout.
