Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



Guests will be asked to select one of the following options:



✔ $35 non-refundable damage waiver, or

✔ $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if no issues are found)

Pet Policy



Pets are welcome in designated units with the following guidelines:



✔ Please notify us in advance and provide details about your pet

✔ Cleaning fees (per pet):

• 1–7 nights: $25 per night

• 8–29 nights: $200 total

• 30+ nights: $300 total



✔ Pet restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets. No weight limit, but certain breeds are not permitted (such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers).

✔ Unapproved pets: $500 fee



For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel level only) and security cameras in hallways. Tampering with monitoring devices may result in additional fees.
