The house is exactly as pictured! Updated and modern in an older neighborhood very close to the Wam Mineral Springs and short drive to the area beaches. Well stocked with pretty much anything you need for your stay. PROS* great central location* great value* modern updated* well stocked kitchen - new appliances, pots and pans and dishes. There are spices if you choose to cook, storage bags and foils * cooking utensils provided as well as a coffee and expresso machine* washer and dryer* beach chairs, floats, * table and chairs on back porch with a fenced in back yard* Outside security lighting* spacious and comfortable tv room also a separate living room * beds are comfortable, bedding all clean and also extra blankets provided.* beach towels and bath towels provided as well as some toiletries *iron and ironing board provided* communication with host was quick and simpleCONS* older neighborhood* front overhang on main window is a hazard- it’s a hard, metal awning with sharp scalloped edge- just the right height for a 5’7 person to walk into and slice open a forehead.* windows in the back tv room could stand to be tinted- the glare is too much even with blinds closed to watch the tv* the personal vehicle in the garage ( probably the owners?) Was a bit unexpected. We would stay here again for certain!
