The Space:
Conveniently located to downtown Port Orford, Battle Rock Beach, and surrounding coastal attractions. Spacious and updated ground-floor unit offering comfortable and private accommodations. This private unit is part of our Port Orford Duplex Collection, offering updated furnishings and amenities throughout. Fully furnished, WIFI, full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, and FREE parking; dog friendly with additional Pet Fee.
Fully set up kitchen to make cooking enjoyable and simple. Full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster to create efficiency. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware included for your convenience.
Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (8). Great for large meals or a great space for game night!
The living area includes a sofa that pulls out full-size bed for additional (2) guests, two additional cozy chairs, and a large Smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book or catch up on your favorite shows.
The first bedroom features a King size bed, quality linens, bedside tables with lighting, and a large closet space for storing guests’ personal items. There is a comfortable chair for reading a book. Plenty of windows offer light but can be closed for privacy with blinds.
The second bedroom features two Queen size beds, with memory foam mattresses, nightstands and lamps, making it ideal for families or additional guests. Quality linens are provided, and the closest offers ample space for a larger group. There is a desk area and chair with a lamp creating a comfortable space for working from home. Bring in the coastal air by opening the windows, or close the blinds for privacy.
The spacious bathroom includes a bathroom/shower combo, large vanity, and high-quality towels and linens, along with complimentary essentials like shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and a fabric steamer.
Full-size high efficiency washer and dryer provided in the unit.
There is private patio outside the living area door with a gas firepit and Adirondack chairs. Plenty of trees behind the property create a natural setting for enjoying time by the fire.
There is free street parking available as well as designated parking space directly in front of the entrance.
We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per dog. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.
Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack and Play for you.

Guests have access to their entire private duplex and patio. The upstairs unit is rented separately and has its own private entrance.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are
allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in
additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ An additional Housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.
- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out
is by 11:00AM.
- FREE parking on street and one space in front
