Your Omaha adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Inside, guests find two king beds, a queen bed, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. The home features three bathrooms, offering plenty of space and privacy. 70" smart tv in living room. Has 2 open spots in garage w/ opener. Fenced back yard. Deck off the dining room, perfect to watch the sunset. 5 seat hot tub outside walkout bsmt. Massage chair in LvRm. Quiet neighborhood in southwest Omaha. Close to several restaurants, grocery stores and lakes. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown.
Please note, when I am not traveling, this is my personal home so there may be a few personal items such a pictures hanging up. However, it will still feel spacious, clean and cozy has many amenities for the price and size, that make it a steal to book.

The home itself is spacious with very comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. However, we found it difficult to settle in due to the amount of personal items left out, which made it hard to navigate the kitchen and feel fully at ease. We also weren't able to use the back porch as the furniture wasn't set up, and the TV in the front room felt a bit unstable. This property has wonderful potential, but it needs to be 'decluttered' of personal belongings to feel like a proper guest rental.

Amanda, thank you for your review. I appreciate the feedback about comfy beds and plenty of clean towels. I apologize that you felt it difficult to settle in. In our previous conversations about the rental, I did mention that this is my home, that I live there when not traveling and there would be some personal items left out. It is never my intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable. I am happy to make adjustments to clear some of these items. The tv is a very large 70" screen and is stable. As for the patio furniture, it was not set up because it is winter in Nebraska. While you were fortunate to have amazing weather during your stay, that is usually not the case with our winters. However, it would have been fine for you to unstack the chairs to sit on the comfy deck and soak up some unusually warm and sunny February weather. The hot tub, which is below the deck, would have been perfect to use as well.
