Nordic Loft is a rare top-floor Canmore retreat offering space, privacy, and flexibility—ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together. What sets this home apart is its unique dual-suite layout, allowing guests to stay connected while enjoying their own space.
The property features two side-by-side living spaces, each with a private entrance, connected internally by a lockable door. One side is a fully self-contained studio suite with a king bedroom, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge), in-suite laundry, and a dedicated thermostat. The adjoining residence is a spacious two-bedroom loft unit spread across two levels.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Studio suite: King bed + ensuite (tub/shower)
Main-floor bedroom: Queen bed + adjacent full bath (tub/shower)
Loft bedroom: King bed + ensuite with walk-in shower
All beds feature premium cotton linens. Extra sleeping options include a full sleeper sofa with a 3-inch memory-foam topper and a twin roll-out bed, ideal for children.
Located on the top floor, the unit offers peace and quiet with no noise from above. Expansive loft windows and multiple balconies showcase mountain views and fill the space with natural light. The living area includes a cozy fireplace, and the fully stocked modern kitchen provides all essential cookware, utensils, and dishware. A BBQ on the main balcony is perfect for mountain evenings.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Each bedroom features a smart TV, plus an additional TV in the living area, with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, and TSN (sports).
Guests enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool, large hot tub, fitness center, fire pits, and secure bike storage. The unit includes one heated underground parking stall plus additional surface parking. Walk to downtown Canmore, with Banff National Park just 20 minutes away.

************* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the balconies. Breaking our non-smoking/vaping policy will result in up to a $500 fine for the cost to eliminate the smoke/vape odours. If you smoke outside the condo, please do so at least 5 meters/16 feet away from the building and pick up your cigarette butts.
************* Check-out instructions:
1. Please leave both park passes and FOB on the hooks by the front door in 412A (lost passes or FOB will be charged back at replacement cost plus $30 admin fee)
2. Take all garbage & recycling to the community bins located in a wooden enclosure next to the parkade ramp
3. Ensure you leave the fridge and sink empty, and turn the dishwasher on prior to leaving
4. Ensure all pool towels are left in the unit
5. Ensure you are out of the unit by by no later than 11am so that our cleaners can enter the unit

************* Late checkout without host consent is subject to late checkout fee of $50 every 10 min late, charged against security deposit. We truthfully did not want to implement at all, but past experience shows that this causes delays we cannot afford as we often have same day check out/in.
