Main House (3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms)
A spacious and fully equipped home with:

Master bedroom – Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom

Second bedroom – Full/Twin bunk bed + optional Full air mattress

Third bedroom – Comfortable Full bed

Two full bathrooms, including a luxurious, recently renovated main bathroom

Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and appliances

Dining area with a large family table

Cozy living room with ample seating

AC in every bedroom, plus the option to sleep with windows open and enjoy the soothing Coquí sounds at night


Guest Studio Apartment (Sleeps 4) – Upstairs
Accessed via a private exterior entrance, this second-floor studio includes:

Guests will enjoy full access to the property’s outdoor amenities, including the heated pool, terrace with BBQ, basketball court, and laundry house.

This is a peaceful countryside property, so expect relaxing natural sounds at night — including the iconic Puerto Rican coquí frogs. It's part of the charm and a truly local experience.

The pool is comfortably heated to allow for enjoyable use even at night. While it’s not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it’s set to a pleasant temperature that guests love. Also, the pool is professionally maintained for your comfort. The maintenance team visits the pool area every Tuesday morning to ensure the water is crystal clear and balanced. They work quietly and will not disturb your stay.

The upstairs studio apartment is accessed through a private exterior staircase.

For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed to stay on the property unless approved in advance.

In the rare event of a power outage (it doesn’t happen often, but this is an island after all), the property is equipped with an automatic power generator to maintain comfort. It will start right after the power goes out and the property is fully operable with it.
