Cabin 4 (Lodge): Largest – 3 bedrooms (1 king + 2 queens), 2.5 baths w/ tub, full kitchen, XL patio
All cabins have smart TVs, fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchens (fridge, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, silverware), full baths, hot water, and provided towels.
For larger groups: We have nearby properties within walking distance. Book multiples for up to 28 guests, or add approved RV/camping for up to 40!
Quiet neighborhood—keep noise low at night.
Pets welcome in Cabins 1-3 with fee (no pets on furniture/beds, leash outside, pick up after, crate if unattended). No pets in Cabin 4 (Lodge).
Please bring drinking water or boil the well water.

We`re real people (not an AI or big company) who need sleep. Please avoid non-emergency messages between 9:30pm and 6:00am. We can`t send maintenance or housekeeping overnight, so we`ll respond first thing in the morning.

if you are planning an event on property set up, take down will be your full responsibility unless you hire our team for services.
-For safety and comfort during your visit, we recommend carrying a flashlight when walking around the property at night, as outdoor lighting is limited. Please bring plenty of drinking water for your group, especially if you plan to spend time outdoors or exploring the area.
-Important Vehicle Preparedness for Desert Driving: The surrounding roads and desert terrain can have sharp rocks, thorns, and debris that increase the risk of flat tires. For your safety, we strongly recommend bringing a properly inflated spare tire, along with the necessary tools to change a tire (jack, lug wrench, and any vehicle-specific adapters). Cell service can be spotty, so being self-sufficient is key.
-Guests are welcome to use the grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided—please purchase these locally during your stay.
We provide a starter supply of coffee (grounds and/or pods), bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as household basics such as paper towels and toilet paper, plus kitchen staples like basic spices and cooking oil. These items are offered as a convenience, but we suggest bringing any personal favorites or additional quantities for longer stays.
Dogs are allowed at the three small cabins but not in the large Lodge Cabin.
Make sure that your guest count and pet count on the reservation you are booking is accurate at time of booking. Message us if you need to update number of guests and pets on your reservation. Please note pets area allowed everywhere but in the large LODGE cabin.
Water
-PLEASE BRING DRINKING WATER OR PLAN TO PURCHASE IN TOWN. The water source for the home is untreated well water. It is fine for showering, washing dishes, etc.
Safety & Property Respect
-Stay near the house — no hiking or climbing on bluffs.
-No collecting rocks, plants, or firewood from the property.
-Do not approach within 15 feet of cliffs, arroyos, or drop-offs.
- Be alert for uneven terrain, cacti, snakes, and other wildlife.
-Respect neighbors’ privacy.
-Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.
-Follow our dark sky ordinance — use minimal lighting at night.
-House is on septic — only flush toilet paper.
-No smoking inside. No vaping inside.
-No extra guests without prior approval.
-Check out is at 10am. *Late checkouts will be billed for an additional night*. We are in Central Time. Cell phones may connect to towers in Mexico, which can automatically set your clock back one hour. Please confirm your phone is set to Central Time to avoid being an hour late and incurring late fees.
Fires, Cooking, and Prohibited Items
-No fires.
- No fireworks, firearms, or confetti (confetti cleanup fee: $100).
-Outdoor cooking equipment must be on flat ground, 20+ feet from structures. Fully extinguish heat sources after use. Upon completion of cooking on any outdoor cooking equipment, guests must immediately and thoroughly extinguish the heat source. DO NOT TOSS COALS ON THE GROUND
Pet Policy : NO PETS in the large lodge cabin! $500 fine for pets in The Lodge. Pets are allowed in the other three smaller cabins with a pet fee. please pick up after the pets, pets must be leashed outside, do not leave dogs unattended unless crated. NO DOGS ON THE BEDDING OR FURNITURE.

• The Chihuahuan Desert is home to coyotes, snakes, javelina, bears, mountain lions, and other animals that can pose a danger.
•Guests and their children are strictly prohibited from trespassing on neighboring property or climbing the mountain or ravine. Guests assume risk/responsibility for exploring the property.
•No commercial photography without prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for covering the cost of any damage, extra cleaning, or losses caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
• Guests must follow all local laws and rules. Illegal activity may result in your stay being ended without a refund.
• We do our best to keep everything in good working order, but we can’t promise that utilities or amenities will always be available without interruption.
