Pets must be declared at the time of booking

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Pets may not be left unattended unless crated
Guests must clean up after pets inside and outside
Excessive barking or disturbance is not permitted
Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning will be charged

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. And, fine is $500.
