World-class hiking, rock climbing, and some of the best skiing in the country are all just a short drive away—making it easy to do both: downtown fun and outdoor escape.
This private apt has a large open floor plan, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. One queen bed and one queen sized pull out couch. It is ideal for couples, small families, and business travelers. The apt is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building.

My wife and I grew up in the Midwest. We moved to Utah to go to the U of U and fell in love with the proximity of SLC to the mountains. We ski, bike, hike, and climb as much as we can with our 3 boys.

Everything is in walking distance! NBA, NHL, or major concert? 5 min away at the Delta center. World class dining? 10 minutes to Takashi (Sushi) or Valter’s Osteria (Italian). Awesome bakery? Across the streets at Vosen’s or around the corner Carlucci’s.

The building was built in 1918, it was used as a toy factory then a warehouse until it was converted into condos in 1998. Exposed brick and large wood pillars bring charm for another era while being at the footsteps of all that Utah has to offer.
