The house was in reasonable distance with everything we planned for our week long visit. It had plenty of space for us and the house had all the amenities needed for cooking the dinners we had at the house. We had some issues with check in but I believe that to be a glitch on Vrbo. Highly recommend the property and will likely visit in the future!

The check in was smooth. The property didn’t really seem to have been cleaned prior to check in. There was hair all over on the floors and in the sinks. The upstairs bathroom had no power (AC, lights). Other than that it wasn’t terrible. It served its purpose. The grass was pretty long and I have a small dog so it wasn’t great for him going out. Of note the two bedroom (other than primary) don’t have televisions.

The property was nice but very dirty. The couches were dirty and stained and they smelled bad. There was an extreme offensive urine odor. There were fleas. The bed in the master bedroom had animal fur. Will never stay at this place.

Spacious property, bedrooms were clean but the living room sofa had lots of pet hair and pet smell. Sofa looked dirty. No soap or shampoo was provided in the shower. One of the bathroom had loose tiles. This place has lot of scope if maintained well. Good luck

Locking and unlocking the house was soo easy! Host answered right away when I had questions! Quiet neighborhood except the Airforce flying over but only during the day and wasn't that bad! Park right in front driveway so easy access! Many things to do that aren't far. Couch has some stains but that is going to be found in rental properties so no big deal to me. Fresh, clean smell when we walked in. A few updates needed but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Oh and the ceiling fans use a remote...I felt silly I had to ask that one! Overall a great stay!

The house was not clean. There were stains in the kitchen sink. There were black dust on the ceiling fans. The refrigerator was dirty and the freezer had random hairs in it. Also, mold on the rubber piece of the washer. In the sun room, the window sills were dirty. Paint splattered through out the house on the floor.There was also areas that needed repairs. The hall closet door doesn’t close all the way. Neither did the first bedroom door. The door knob in the master bedroom came off, locking the person in. In the master bath, the shower needs to be retiled. The kitchen cabinets needed repairs. The upstairs bathroom doesn’t have functioning lights. Not a bad place for the cost. If proper cleaning and repairs were done, you could probably charge more.

The house is spacious, it was clean and it was reasonably priced for the actual quality of the property. The house is clearly older with some updates, mainly granite countertops and additions providing extra space, but the house shows it's age with broken or stained tile grout, old style molded cabinets, and cracks in the ceiling. It's not that the televisions, and other electronics such as led neon signs and strip lights didn't work, but the power cubes had been disconnected. So us as the visitors had to hunt them down and figure out how to reconnect them. The left side sink in the master bathroom did not drain. Outside, the backyard is rather unkempt with not much of a lawn to speak of, bird nests lodged in the exterior light fixtures, various wasps nests, and scrap pieces of metal siding and wire fencing laying around. As a personal pet peeve, the ice maker was not turned on, so there was no ice in the freezer when we arrived. Also, if you're planning on cooking, be aware the cookware is limited, and there are no pantry staples beyond simple spices.

Check in was very easy. The host provided a basket of snacks as well. It is a very beautiful home and super spacious. Quiet neighborhood with a gas station and Starbucks nearby. The sun room is such a peaceful little place. There are board games and card games provided as well. Pet-friendly with fenced in backyard. Whoever cleans the property appears to only do the bare minimum. The second bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There was someone else’s hair in the shower and the first three towels I chose had someone else’s hair in them. We didn’t use the game room because there were old slices of pizza under the couch and I didn’t want the dog to eat it or find anything else in there. The upstairs bathroom doesn’t have working lights. The place could use some maintenance. There were no trash bags so we had to make do with Walmart bags. The outside cans were full to the brim so we had nowhere to put trash and had to keep making small bags. The cans smelled like the previous guests had seafood. There is a large hornets nest right outside the back door and they will fly into the house.
