This 5-bedroom, 4 full-bathroom home (sleeps 12) offers over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space with expansive outdoor entertaining areas. The main house includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements with 1 king bed and 5 twin beds.
The property also features a separate 1,100 sq. ft. in-law apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, and living space, ideal for two families traveling together or guests seeking added privacy.
The lower level includes a dedicated movie theater setup with a large screen and theater-style seating, perfect for family movie nights.
The home is located just 0.5 miles from private beach access, with additional beaches within 1–1.5 miles. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and provides direct access to the Shining Sea Bike Path.
The house comes fully stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, and paper goods, and includes cleaning and all fees. There are two fully stocked kitchens. The home features 2 king beds and 7 twin beds. Central air conditioning is provided throughout most of the house, with two bedrooms equipped with window units.
Private beach access is walkable, or guests can drive down to drop items and bike back. Beach amenities and bikes are provided.
Additional amenities not pictured include a basketball hoop, ping pong table, foosball table, multiple TVs, grill, bikes, and more.

The trampoline located on the property is NOT a guest amenity and is strictly off limits.
Guests may not use, access, sit on, climb on, or allow children or invitees to use the trampoline under any circumstances.
Any use of the trampoline constitutes a material violation of house rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, at the host’s discretion.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Tenant’s use of the Landlord’s property and the use of any permitted equipment and amenities, including but not limited to beach toys, beach chairs, grill, basketball hoop, fire pit, appliances, bicycles, and electric bicycles, involves inherent risks of injury to persons and property, and Tenant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for such risks.
In consideration of being permitted to lease the property and use permitted equipment and amenities for any purpose, Tenant hereby releases and holds harmless the Landlord, its members, officers, employees, and agents from all liability to Tenant and Tenant’s invitees, personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss, damage, or injury, including death, arising out of or related to Tenant’s occupancy of the property or use of permitted equipment and amenities, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of Landlord or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Tenant further agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost Landlord may incur arising from Tenant’s presence on the property or use of permitted equipment or amenities, whether caused by the negligence of Tenant or otherwise.
Tenant expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnification provision is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Massachusetts law and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect. Tenant acknowledges that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been made.
