Our unique smart lock system eliminates check-in hassles. We’ll send you specific directions along with a picture to guide you in accessing the property. You will also be allotted a dedicated free parking space for your convenience, with an additional one available on a first-come, first-serve basis, besides the ample free street parking in the vicinity.

For your comfort, makeup removing cloths are provided in the bathroom. Accessible light switches are located across the room on the wall near the bedroom and next to the washer and dryer. A lamp is conveniently placed next to the front door for your comfort when you return after dark.

This apartment is only a short walk or drive away from key landmarks and institutions, including grocery stores like Sprouts Market, Smart & Final, and Savemart, as well as the Grand Sierra Resort, Reno-Sparks Convention Center, and the University of Nevada: Reno. The airport is merely a 10-minute drive away, making your transit smooth and swift.

Smoking is allowed in shared front yard. Please no smoking marijuana in the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. No parties or events allowed. No extra unregistered guests overnight.

Early check-in’s are on a case by case basis and depend on the availability. Fee for early check in is $65 and must be approved and received before door code is updated.
