Enjoy a peaceful stay at this brand new 2-bedroom apartment in Oneonta just 1/2 mile to Allstar Village. The lovely space features two king beds plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. With 1 1/2 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space to refresh. The apartment offers a marvelous blend of comfort and convenience, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful layout and inviting atmosphere throughout. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Place has secured connecting doors if families want to rent more either one or both of the two apts in building please send an inquiry for cost to rent whole building
The property renovations are just being finished up. We will add photos as soon as we can. It will be a brand new two floor apartment. There are two king bedrooms and a queen size pull out sofa bed in living room. There are two other units in the building. We also have four other properties listed on VRBO. This property was purchased last year and gutted completely out and put back together with new all new electric, all new plumbing, fully insulated, sound insulation between residences new a/c and heat. Its in a great little safe neighborhood very close to restaurants,beewery, pizza, dairy queen all within walking distance.

Completely redone in 2025 putting final touches and waiting for furniture.new bathrooms. Kitchens, , doors, walls closets flooring plenty of parking etc. if you like new and very close to everything especially CASV this is the right place.
