Calyx Residences is located in the residential enclave of Cebu Business Park and just two blocks away from the upscale mall Ayala Center Cebu. Walking distance only to offices, banks, dining, shopping and entertainment services. The Studio unit has a total floor area of 26m2 and is fully furnished for your convenience.
Condo Features and Amenities: Rooftop Aqua-deck and Infinity Swimming pool at 28th floor which offer a panoramic view of the Mactan channel and the city, Fitness Gym at the Ground floor, Sky lounge and Garden on the top floor, Function/Party Hall with Gourmet kitchen, Landscaped Garden, Laundry service available at the ground floor, Front Desk reception and Lobby Lounge, Paid parking spaces within the gated perimeter fenced area with minimal pay of P40 per entry (Overnight parking is allowed but at a different rate), 24 Hour Security and CCTV on common areas. Guests have free access to condominium amenities like the Swimming pool, Sky Lounge and Garden at the 28th Floor and Fitness Gym at the Ground floor. Sky Lounge Garden and Swimming Pool are located at the 28th Floor and are open from 6am to 8pm. Use of the Swimming Pool is limited to registered Guests only. Visitors who want to use the pool will be charged at Php500.00 each and shall pay at the Front Desk. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the room. To get access to the 28th floor, Guest must go down first at the Ground floor and ask the front desk staff for access code. Gym at the ground floor is open from 6am to 10pm.
