The two bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals at home after a day of beach adventures.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the condo’s terrace, shared garden and swimming pool, as well as a parking garage within the complex. The poolside area is ideal for cooling off after the beach or unwinding with a book in the tropical garden.

Luna Maya sits in Coco Beach, one of Playa del Carmen’s most coveted residential areas. Its quiet streets and lush surroundings create a peaceful setting just steps from the soft sands of the Caribbean and the vibrant energy of 5th Avenue. The neighborhood is lined with beach clubs, cafes, local shops, and restaurants serving everything from authentic Mexican flavors to international cuisine.



Getting Around:

Most places of interest are just a short walk away, but you can also get around easily by taxi, Uber or car. Street parking is available near the property, and the condo’s location makes exploring nearby attractions—from cenotes and eco-parks to Mayan ruins—simple and convenient.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Pool Hours: 7 am to 9 pm No glass bottles or cups in the pool
