Creekside Haven-Fantastic Location, Heated Pool!

Welcome to Creekside Haven! This lovely home is set on a bold creek in the heart of Maggie Valley, and with flat, easy, paved access, it is the perfect year round getaway. Close to the festival grounds, shopping, and all the area attractions, it also comes with access to a heated pool, clubhouse, and playground.

With a gas log fireplace, Star-link, a creek front fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy nature, Creekside Haven will be your perfect Great Smoky Mountain home away from home.

Creekside Haven is a warm and inviting home filled with beautiful mountain decor, cozy furniture, and comfortable beds. It has a flat paved driveway and room for 3 vehicles to park.

Tucked on a creek, with a fire pit, covered front porch, and two additional decks on the back and side of the house, it’s the perfect place to soak in some mountain air, relax and enjoy nature. And with it’s private yet convenient location near the center of town, it has everything you could want in a mountain escape. It even has its own playground in the backyard.

When you step through the front door, you’ll immediately feel right at home. The open floor plan invites friends and family to gather together and make memories. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace, TV with cable, as well as a DVD player. This area flows into the dining room with plenty of seating and sliders out to the side deck. Here guests can picnic outside and enjoy the gas grill.

Back inside the dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which has updated appliances and everything you’ll need for cooking and dining.

Travel through the kitchen to a full bath shared with the bedroom. This room is spacious retreat with a king bed, tv and access to the back deck where you can pull up a chair and listen the creek.

Back inside, the hallway off the dining area takes you to two more spacious bedrooms each with their own tv, that each sleep up to four guests. There is also a full hall bath to share and a washer and dryer for our guest’s convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home and property. They also will have access to a heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and playground area that is shared with other neighborhood guests.

Creekside Haven is located in a quiet paved neighborhood of cabins. This area used to be a resort and now the houses are individually own. The pool and clubhouse area just a short walk from the house. The neighborhood is paved and flat and centrally located.

While a few attractions are within walking distance, guests need a car to best enjoy the area and attractions.

While the house itself is all one level, guests must climb a small flight of stone steps to access the front door.

This house was once part of a small resort and guests have access to a heated pool, clubhouse and playground that is shared with other guests in the neighborhood.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the community pool, hot tub, or other clubhouse amenities. Please do not give children unsupervised access to these areas.

Accelerants such as lighter fluid, are not permitted. Please do not leave fires in the fire pit unattended and make sure they are completely out after use. Please do not leave the gas log fireplace on unattended.

We kindly request that pets are kept off the furniture and bedding, and that you clean up after them in the yard. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when outside in this community. Thank you!
