CELL RECEPTION
There is poor cell coverage in the area leading up to the property. We recommend downloading offline map data prior to arrival to ensure you reach the home safely. Please also make note of the Wi-Fi password and access code in advance, which can be found under the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Please be aware that wildlife is common in the area, including black bears. You may also encounter snakes, spiders, ladybugs, Japanese beetles, stink bugs, wasps, and bees.

We kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), lock your car, secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

TRAILS
We strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle in the winter, as roads leading to the property may be steep and windy. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by our team. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.

Neighborhood
This neighborhood is home to full-time residents and families. Please be respectful at all times and drive slowly throughout the area.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the backyard and front yard of this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
