Welcome to our spacious Falmouth home, ideal for families! This property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room, providing a comfortable space for family gatherings. The living room, also located on the main floor, offers a cozy area to relax and unwind. The main floor further includes two bedrooms: one featuring a King-size bed, and another with a Queen-size bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements. Additionally, there's an office room equipped with a day bed that converts into two twin beds, an office table for work or study, and a comfortable chair for relaxation, along with a full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, you'll discover a dedicated theater movie room, ideal for entertainment, and a large bedroom furnished with two triple bunk beds, each accommodating two twin beds and one full bed, providing plenty of space for larger groups. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor. The basement level offers an exercise area, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine, and laundry facilities for added convenience. Guests also have access to the garage for entertainement such as Men's cove - pool table/ smart tv.
