📃 The Rules of the Residency:



Please be advised that the City of Palm Springs is very strict with new ordinances regarding short term rentals. There are no parties allowed on the premises. The property's overnight occupancy limit for short term stays (28 days or less) is 12 adults and 2 children. Daytime occupancy limit is 18 (including visitors.) No sound systems of any kind are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. Only 6 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house.



Pool heating is an optional $150/day to cover utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary (up to 4 hours per day).



Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee. We do NOT require cleaning of the property/stripping beds/running dishwasher etc before departure! Spend your last hours at the property enjoying the pool and views!



Guest Access:

Guests of The Golden Palm will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Enjoy the spacious living room, perfect for gathering and relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen, ready for preparing delicious meals. All seven bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed, are private sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep. Step outside to your own private oasis, where you'll find a sparkling pool and a rejuvenating hot tub. Additional amenities include free parking, internet access, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The entire property, including the garden and outdoor seating areas, is yours to enjoy.



Additionally, all guests of The Golden Palm receive exclusive access to the local Pharos Gym, a world class facility with top of the line equipment, spa and sauna services, as well as crossfit classes included with your stay.

For those flying in, Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is a short 10-minute drive away. If you prefer public transport, while options are limited, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and a convenient way to explore the area. The downtown Palm Springs area, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is typically a 5-10 minute drive. Consider using ride-sharing services to visit the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, which is approximately a 10-minute drive, offering stunning views.
