The space
This beautiful light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is tucked away on a quiet side-street in the charming resort community of Bear Trap Dunes. With over 1500 sq ft of living space, this end-unit 1st floor condo is calming and peaceful . This property was newly furnished in 2021 with neutral coastal decor. The golf views from the screened and non-screened porches make them ideal spaces for relaxing. Utilities including electric, water, sewer, cable, internet and gas are included in the monthly rent. Community amenities including access to a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are included with the rent!
Other things to note
Bedding, bath towels, and kitchen essentials including dishes and pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc are provided.

The coffee machine is a traditional machine, not a Keurig. Beach items are provided including 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, tennis & pickle-ball rackets, & a basketball.

The Pavillion, where the indoor & outdoor pools, tennis, pickle-ball & basketball courts, & the kids play park are is ~ a 7 minute walk from the house. You can also drive to the Pavillion and park there. Please check opening hours.

Amenity passes can be purchased at the Pavillion. Passes are required Memorial Day through Labor Day. Costs are $65/person/week (kids under 4 are free) and includes access to the indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, gym, and the shuttle to the beach.
