The Perch on Main

Get a bird's eye view of downtown Frankenmuth from The Perch on Main! A stone's throw from St. Julian Winery and the award-winning Station 100 restaurant and less than a 1/4 mile to Frankenmuth Brewery and downtown shops, walk to the heart of the action or relax on the rooftop deck while the horse-drawn carriages go clopping by. This 1892 historic nest has served many purposes over the years from being the home of the local general store owners to now hosting visitors from around the world. The Perch features an open living space as well as an optional curtain wall to provide privacy when the Murphy bed is in use. The queen-size Murphy bed is only available upon request. Please let us know if you'll be needing it so we can ensure it's fluffed and ready for a good night's rest! GUEST ACCESS: The Perch is located above Knockout Real Estate. You’ll see the big blue sign out front. Park in our free lot, complete with two exclusive spaces for guests, and go up the back staircase to the rooftop deck which leads to the front door of your getaway nest. NOTE ABOUT THE SPACE: As seen in many homes of its age, the historic whimsy of this 1892 abode is evident in the bathroom and bedroom where the ceilings are lower. If you’re taller than 6’5” or uncomfortable with ceilings lower than 8 feet, please let us know and we can set up the queen size Murphy bed for you!
