Paws and Powder: Short Walk to Lift and Pet Friendly

This dog-friendly condo is the ultimate basecamp for your Brian Head adventures. Superior location with a short walk to Giant Steps lift and tubing in the winter. The summer offers mountain biking runs, short drive to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and much more. Additionally the property has a community hot tub and sauna perfect after a great day on the slope.

The space:
This two bedroom condo has space for 5 people to sleep. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, large dresser, TV and closet. Bedroom #2 has a Twin over Queen set of bunkbeds, closet and TV. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area seats 4. Livingroom has comfortable seating with TV and fabulous view of the slopes out the private balcony. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $75 nonrefundable additional cleaning fee per dog per stay. Owner is responsible for paying for any damages caused by dogs. Dogs must be kenneled at all times when guests are not present in condo. If bringing dogs, please reach out to owner before booking to discuss pet policy. No cats.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire condo.

Other things to note:
Up to 2 dogs are welcome but you must contact the owner before booking to get approval to book if you plan to bring dogs. Dogs may not be on any furniture or beds. When guests are not in the condo, dogs must be kenneled. Guests must clean up after their dogs waste when outside. Any guest reported to not cleaning up their dogs waist will pay a $50 fee.
