Cozy 4 BR home with cabin like feel - fireplace, hot tub, firepit in the Poconos

Welcome to Mountain Lake Escape, a cozy home with pine walls giving a warm cabin feel. Experience the peace that comes from being surrounded by trees and nature. Enjoy the fireplace, hot tub and firepit.

Recharge after a day of fun. Enjoy time with family and friends in the open concept living area. Relax on the front and back decks.

You will notice our home when you first pull up - a beautiful green, surrounded by trees with a semi-circular driveway and parking for six cars. Walk in and immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. You'll step into the intimate music room where windows surround you. Enjoy the record player, books and games. Go through the doorway to a totally open concept area. Check out the view all the way to the backyard with trees galore! The living room has a cozy fireplace and multiple comfortable seating areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, dishes, spices, tea and Coffee!! Plenty of seating at the island, the banquette surrounded by windows and trees or at the wine barrel turned unique seating area for four.

We have four separate bedrooms with a total of three queen beds. Each bedroom is peaceful and helps you remember you have escaped to the mountains. The kid's bedroom has two adorable teepee twin beds and a fun camping theme they will love!

There are two full bathrooms, both with showers and bathtubs, and a separate laundry area.

Don't forget the game room with foosball, air hockey, baggo, checkers, ring toss and more! Lots of fun for everyone :)

Last but not least - the outside. The deer are your best neighbors. They are friendly and will eat from your hand.

Sip coffee on the front deck in the morning. Trees surround the back. BBQ, eat and relax on the back deck. Read a book in the hammock, sip wine in the rocking chairs, chill in the hot tub, and end the night unwinding in the adirondack chairs around the firepit.

Please note, we will request the name of the Accountable renter, their mailing address and phone number for each stay.

You will also be asked to provide the first and last name of each guest in your party.

We will request this info seven days prior to your stay to give us time to register with the community.

Indian Mountain Lake is a gated community. Guests must enter the community through the guard shack and provide the attendants their name, the address they are visiting and a valid driver's license (for the driver.) We will provide you the info you need to relay to the guard shack in order to enter the community.

Amenity badges provide guests with access to Indian Mountain Lake's amenities (beaches, pools, tennis, basketball, etc.) We will provide amenity badges for all guests who stay with us for a week or more. Amenity badges can also be purchased by guests at the community center or either pool for $10 per person. The badges will be valid for the length of your stay. Children five and under do not require amenity badges. Amenities are open spring through early fall.
