Our condo comes with 4 beach chairs/ umbrella for your use. Please DO NOT leave them unattended on the beach or the property.

Wristbands: provided in the condo. You will be charged $20 PER lost wristband. You must leave them on the wall hook upon checkout. Children under 10 do not need to wear a band.

Pools & hot tubs are open 8am to 10pm. Quiet hours are enforced.Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking's guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.

NO PARTIES…. Must be age 25+ to rent.

Pets and smoking are prohibited per HOA regulations.

Parking is available in the covered garage, a cost of $41.50 per vehicle. This amount is for your entire stay, paid directly to the resort through a link sent prior to your arrival.

Public parking is available near by.
