The house was very comfortable and laid out especially well for family with kids. Upper level included TV room right next to bunk bedroom, giving them their own comfy space, while adults enjoyed main level sitting area. Large table with plenty of seating was extra nice. Additional rec area in basement gave plenty of options for spaces to hangout. There were a few maintenance issues, but the hosts were responsive and great at checking in with us, welcoming our feedback they so they could address issues quickly.

It was in phenomenal property and it served its purpose perfectly. We were there for a INLA event with five guys each had their own room and we were able to play pool downstairs at night when we got back from our hard work as volunteers thank you so much. We did however, accidentally take the paperwork for the check-in as it was in one of the boxes so I’m gonna overnight that back to you tomorrow. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are spread out between the 3 stories so the kids were able to have the basement bedrooms/ game room to themselves with their own bathroom. They loved that. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and with 6 people, the tankless hot water was great. I ran in the neighborhood several times and never felt unsafe. It was only 10 minutes to the Deaconess Aquatic center (and baseball field). The AC & WiFi worked well. The beds were all comfortable, even the bunk beds. There is a super Walmart less than 10 minutes away. I accidentally had groceries delivered way too soon and the host was very gracious and had someone go over and put it in the fridge. This saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Matt & Katie for a wonderful stay!

Communication with the host was great.Large home fit all 11 of us across three floors.Top floor: 1 room with queen bed, 1 room with 2 bunk beds - mattresses on bunk beds are tall so there really isn’t a barrier to keep someone from falling off and there is a ceiling fan right above one of them, loft area with tv, and 1 bathroom with tub.Main floor: 1 room with queen bed and a very large closet, living room, bathroom with tub, dining area, and kitchen - no dishwasher.Basement: game room with tv and pool table, 2 bedrooms with full beds, and bathroom with shower.None of the bedrooms have TVs.We were able to fit three cars - 2 in the driveway and one out front.House does have a nice backyard, we just didn’t use it.We were able to get in and out of the house with ease - the door lock worked perfectly every time, this has been a struggle with previous VRBOs we’ve stayed in.
