The Woodland Retreat at French Country Manor
Enjoy this beautiful secluded quiet space within a 20 minute drive of many Lancaster county attractions including historic downtown Lancaster city, Sight & Sound theatre, and many Amish community attractions.
This beautiful new home was built with reclaimed stone from an old 18th century farm house, and reclaimed barn wood from local sources. The interior has a unique eclectic mixture of elegant & rustic styles.
The space
The house is tucked up on the hill in the trees and offers a secluded getaway in a quiet nature setting.
The back yard has a useable campfire pit.
* The first floor which is accessed from the front door on the porch has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
* The second floor has the large beautiful living area with a fireplace. It has a half bathroom, the dining area, and the kitchen.
*The third floor (one level above main floor) has two bedrooms with a full bathroom.
Guest access
You will have access to the first, second and third floors.
There are two entrances-lower level at grade and main floor at grade.
All entrances are well lit for after dark. Both share the same entry code.
The washer and dryer are located in the utility room on the lower level.
Other things to note
Guest occupancy up to 20 adults and children (infants excepted). A special request must be submitted to host to reserve for groups larger than 16 guests. There is an additional charge of $40 per person per night for guest occupancy between 16-20.
