This negative review is due damage caused by the guest to a cabinet in the condo and they were charged a minimal fee for repair to the cabinet. The issue with the doorwall was due this guest opening the door and snow getting packed into the track which did not allow the door to fully close. My condo is completely updated and one of the nicest units in the building. The location on the first floor is ideal for easy access to the gondola and the hot tubs just down the hall without having to wait for the elevator or using the stairs. This is simply a case of the guest writing a poor review due to being charged for damaging the unit. The ladder on the bunk bed is attached so that is a completely false statement.

My condo is completely updated and is always very well maintained. The very minor issue this renter incurred was due to damage caused by the prior renter to a door to the bathroom which has been repaired. I was out of state for a family emergency and not able to fix the very minor issue with the bathroom door for three days but did provide a partial refund to the renter as a gesture of good will. Regarding the laundry, it is clearly stated in the condo information on the listing that laundry is available in the building and is just down the hall from the condo. No other renter has had any issues or concerns with the laundry and no unit in this building has laundry in their condo. Regarding parking in the heated underground garage, that is controlled by Zephyr Mountain Lodge and you can come and go at any time but will only be charged the rate for the full 24 hour period. In the last 15 years my condo has an average review rating of 9.8 stars so it is obvious that this renter was completely unreasonable and tried to find excuses to negotiate a partial refund. This is the only renter in the fifteen years I have owned my condo that I would not rent to ever again.
