- Local shuttle and town transit options are accessible once in Breckenridge

For the best experience—especially during winter months—we recommend arriving with a vehicle equipped for mountain driving.

No parties, no loud music after 9pm.
No smoking indoors.
No drinks & food in the hot tub.

We have a positive relationship with our neighbors, and ask that you contain your volume, especially while outside. Several neighboring houses have children, so we ask for your utmost respect to keep the neighborhood comfortable, especially for the nearby families.

Trash collection is on Wednesday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the other bin. Our team will be stopping by to pull out trash cans on Tuesday evenings or Wednesday mornings.

Pets:

We will allow up to 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs to join on your stay. No cats or other pets will be allowed. Please make sure to clean up the backyard and house from anything pet-related prior to your departure. Note that any damage to the house or yard will result in a charge for the cost of the repair.

We appreciate your cooperation in making this property pet friendly - We love dogs, and want to keep this an option for all.
