Our luxury 40’ RV sits on nearly 5 beautifully nature-scaped and well-maintained acres in rural Southeastern Arizona. Our high desert oasis sits at an area elevation of over 4,300 feet. Meander through the property and enjoy well-maintained walking paths with garden and mountain views. Peace and tranquility at your doorstep. Excellent birding opportunities. Located just 2 miles from the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area--Hereford Bridge Trail entrance. This luxurious RV sits a good distance from the main house and provides maximum privacy for our guests. Within steps of the RV is a private sitting and picnic area with a Solo Stove firepit. A gas grill is conveniently located next to the RV that is clean and ready to use. The RV has an attractive and highly effective electric ‘fireplace’ for those cold Winter days/nights, and central air conditioning for the warmer times of the year. There is a 42" Sony TV in the living room with a soundbar, and a DVD player with a modest collection of movies for you to enjoy. There is a 2nd, smaller TV in the bedroom. The Internet is connected via WiFi and the TVs are connected to Roku devices. This spacious travel trailer has plenty of windows with great views of the property and pull-down blinds for added privacy. The bedroom hosts an 'extra-wide' 13" Alexander Signature Hybrid Pillowtop queen mattress by Nestl Bedding. It is adorned with high-quality bed linens. There is a dresser for your use, and a roomy closet for hanging clothes and luggage. The bathroom is good-sized with a large shower and generous counter space on the vanity. The neighborhood can be described as a mixture of attractive, high-end, 4-5-acre site-built homes and humble manufactured homes on 4-5 acre lots. Most roads in our neighborhood are dirt roads, but easily traveled. Our property is approximately 1.5 miles off the main, paved road. We are located approximately 17 miles from the heart of Sierra Vista, where you will find several grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. We are on site most of the time and love to be of help. We have a 7-night maximum stay policy.
