24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including club house, building entrances, and the pool. One (1) Ring doorbell device present at the front door and captures audio & video at the front door area. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Two (2) parking spaces available on a first come, first served. All parking is uncovered and requires provided fillable parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
