The studio is located within a quiet leafy neighborhood right in the heart of La Mesa giving you a great base to explore everything San Diego has to offer. Inside you will find a bright, sun-filled space with a chic kitchen, an open plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a stylish queen bedroom and a modern, sparkling bathroom with a built in laundry. Stay a short 15 min walk to a shopping center nearby with cafes, restaurants and stores and an easy 15 min drive into Downtown.



The Space:

Make your way up the front garden steps and check yourself into this stylish boho studio with everything you could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in beautiful La Mesa. The open living area is filled with a plush sofa where you can lay back after a day spent exploring the city and stream all your favorite apps on the large wall mounted TV.



The sofa can also be converted into a second sleeping space for an additional two guests. Move through into the gorgeous little kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is a full size fridge/freezer, a built in microwave, a chic butlers sink and a freestanding oven and gas cooktop. Brew up a fresh pot of coffee over on the breakfast bar each morning with a coffee maker and a toaster or to enjoy coffee your way, walk or drive to the many cafes along La Mesa Blvd and start your day just how you like it.



Eat together in the stylish dining space with seating for four or on a sunny afternoon, enjoy your meals alfresco style out under the shady front patio with views out over the neighborhood. Off the living area is the cozy master bedroom that is separated by curtains for when you need privacy. The room is filled with a comfortable queen bed as well as plenty of closet space to unpack and make yourself at home.

Wash up in the central, modern bathroom with a large walk in glass shower and a floating vanity that comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels for each guest.



Also in the bathroom is the laundry nook with a state of the art Samsung washer and dryer set so you can pack light and wash on the go. Make your way out onto the front patio where you can relax and unwind on the outdoor lounge and enjoy a drink or two before heading out for dinner, to catch a show or to see the Padres play at Petco Park.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! Guests have private access to the entire studio and private patio area as well as free Wi-Fi, free street parking, complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is located in La Mesa, the Jewel of the Hills, just 15 minutes from the heart of San Diego. Here you’ll find stunning natural scenery, plenty of sunshine, a host of unique and authentic stores and many great restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from.



Hike to the top of Mount Helix for gorgeous views across San Diego, Tijuana and El Cajon then stop in for a theater performances or even a power yoga class at the amphitheater further down the mountain.

Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or explore the water on a rented kayak.



For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and definitely worth a visit. Find fun activities on the water at Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from sailboat rentals to bike paths then visit one of the region’s top attractions, SeaWorld San Diego.



Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste!



Getting Around:

There is no parking with this unit but street parking and getting around is super easy. There are on demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away. Most of my guest also use Ride Share programs such as Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment! The unit is stocked with bath towels, hairdryers, Irons, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
