The Space:

Gather the whole crew across three comfortable levels with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out. The main living level opens to a wraparound porch, and many bedrooms feature direct porch access for easy indoor-outdoor living.



Entertainment is the star here: shoot pool, settle in for movie night in the theater room, and take on friendly competition in the game room with air hockey and multiple arcade machines. A bar area and plenty of seating make it easy to mingle, while the outdoor hot tub and furnished porch give you a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of adventures. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, and there’s a private washer and dryer to keep gear fresh throughout your stay.

Important Things to Note:

-Parking: Ample parking for 8+ vehicles is available at the back of the cabin.

-Stairs: This is a three-story property. Stairs are required.

-Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available for your use.

-WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service may also be spotty.

-We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

-Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

-Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

-If the home is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, we’ll notify you automatically. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure and is subject to availability; additional fees may apply.

-We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
