THE SPACE

We completely rebuilt this once-distressed 1899 home from the studs, including new windows, walls, doors, updated systems, and a redesigned floor plan. The result is a bright, modern, comfortable home while still preserving what was left of the original character — including the beautiful original hardwood floors throughout most of the first floor.

The home features:
• Large chef’s kitchen, fully stocked with the tools, pots, pans, etc needed for real cooking; family meals.
• Huge dining room with seating for 8 (Coffee table lifts to allow 2 more to dine comfortably), dimmable recessed ceiling lights.
• Spacious living room with 65” Roku TV + Bose sound bar, dimmable lighting, room darkening curtains.
• Central heat and air conditioning (now with a 2nd zone upstairs for additional comfort).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS for 10 (11 if you put someone on the couch):

• Bedroom 1: Twin daybed with twin trundle (can function as 2 twins or king-style setup) — sleeps 2

SECOND FLOOR
• Primary Bedroom: King bed with attached private bathroom — sleeps 2
• Hall Bedroom: Full bed + workspace/desk — sleeps 2
• Back Bedroom: Queen bed + Full bed — sleeps 4


KITCHEN & DINING
The oversized chef’s kitchen was intentionally designed for extended stays and group cooking. It includes:

• Large Toaster oven (Physically located in the living room on the coffee/tea station)

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, mixing bowls, spices, oils, storage containers, and many of the extras needed to comfortably prepare meals and store leftovers during your stay.

The large dining room is one of the favorite gathering spaces in the home and offers abundant natural light through large windows with available curtains, dimmable lighting, books, & games.

There also is a coffee & tea station stocked with starter supplies, drip Coffee maker, French press, Pour-over coffee setup, stove top kettle and Electric kettle. Plus coffees, several flavors of tea bags, sugars, honey sticks, lemon packets, and hot chocolate packets, plus coffee mugs, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and large toaster oven.
