Welcome to Turtle Harbor Lakehouse!! A place for family and friends to gather and escape the normal stresses of life. Located on a canal off of Burt Lake in Indian River, this house is a dream for guests seeking a relaxing getaway or a day full of activities including boating, kayaking, hiking, ATV riding or sightseeing.

During the summer, enjoy access to all of the rivers and lakes connected within Michigan's beautiful in-land waterway right from your doorstep or take a short drive in the car to one of the area's many attractions including Mackinaw City (only 25 minutes). This property includes approximately 50 feet of sea wall access available for overnight docking of your boat, kayak or PWC for your entire stay. The canal is located on a beautiful, clear sandy bottomed bay that is excellent for anchoring off your boat for a day of swimming.

If you don't have a boat you can fish from the boardwalk or walk to the shared lakefront lot at the end of the street for swimming.

In the fall, enjoy the colorful leaves, drive through the tunnel of trees or visit one of the local cider mills.

Any time of year, you can enjoy barbecuing and sharing meals out on the deck while watching the local wildlife. Catch fish or watch the birds and spot the turtles from the large deck or private boardwalk before enjoying a famous Burt lake sunset!

With three bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a full bed, and 4 twin beds, a spacious family room and large well-equipped kitchen, there’s plenty of space for family or friends to unwind. Each bedroom includes a TV with Roku for streaming your favorite apps using your accounts. The two bathrooms both include showers, making it easy to freshen up and unwind after a day of exploring
